Small Group PT

PT CLUB sessions are the future of fitness, wellness and keeping you accountable. You learn to lift well by working on technique, measuring your progress through our app to continuously improve. Plus, working with a max of 3 others per session expect some high quality coaching one to one coaching.

Wod - workout of the day

This class is high intensity but recovery's are available when you need them. Expect a strength movement and metabolic conditioning such as running, ski erg or assault bike. Great fun and challenging in every way, burning a whopping amount of calories.

Mobility and Calisthenics 

This is a great class for people looking to improve their posture, mobility and bodyweight strength. Suited to all levels from beginners to advanced. You will learn pull ups, push ups and how to control the body in many ways. By Strengthening the joints you'll find this compliments weight training, running and even yoga - come and try it with Justin and Meeko.

Large group PT

Max of 6 people focusing on strength and conditioning to compliment your structured PT Club sessions. Learn good technique, improve mobility whilst increasing power, strength and stamina. Expect to get fit and strong. 

WOD ELITE

The same as WOD but more intensity, great for those entering a competition or perhaps looking to push their fitness to the next level.
