Suitable for all levels, and a perfect compliment to any training plan, this class will help you improve your posture, mobility and bodyweight strength. Learn push ups, pull ups and how to control the body.
BOX
Ricky Hatton Boxing Class - A full body workout combining actual boxing techniques and bodyweight exercises to get you fit and lean, taught by our very own ‘ELITE’ Hatton coaches, Meeko and Justin.
BOOTCAMP
Don’t say we didn’t warn you! This class is truly high intensity, combining dumbbells, bodyweight exercises, ski erg and assault bike to get your heart rate up. Get inspired, get fit and get strong.
WOD
AKA Workout of the Day. A fun and challenging workout that will torch calories and leave you feeling pumped! A blend of HIIT, strength training, metabolic conditioning, recovery and awesome tunes.
A soothing balm for tired muscles, Recovery uses foam rollers and stretching techniques to help the body recover from workouts and to improve its response to exercise.
